OPENASIA GROUP HR SUMMIT 2024: FOSTERING CONNECTION, LEARNING, AND SHARED EXPERIENCES

Embracing a people-centric approach, Openasia is committed to fostering a sense of unity and inspiration among its employees. To achieve this goal, disseminating a culture of learning among HR representatives from each subsidiary is an essential element. 

In addition to monthly work meetings, the inaugural Openasia All HR Summit, held in early 2024, brought together over 40 HR professionals from all subsidiaries along with guests from other departments in the Group. This event provided an opportunity for HR departments across the three regions to connect, strengthen team spirit, enhance HR knowledge, and stay updated on the Group HR Department's annual action plan. 

All HR Summit kicked off with an acrylic landscape painting workshop. This creative bonding activity helped the HR team recharge after a tireless work period, setting aside their worries to fully immerse themselves in the present moment and unleash their artistic spirits amidst the breathtaking natural scenery of Hoa Binh mountains. 

Fully energized, the team delved into an insightful discussion on "Talent Management" led by guest speaker Nguyen Hai Van, an expert in Talent Management and Development. The session was meticulously guided by the speaker, covering everything from fundamental talent concepts to diverse HR management methodologies tailored to various business models. The HR team's willingness to learn was evident in their active participation in the Q&A session, as they are eager to apply the gained knowledge to their respective departments. 

Following the discussion, our representative from Openasia Group HR department shared insights into the organization-wide talent development project, emphasizing the crucial role of HR in effectively communicating this project to every employee. The session provided in-depth information on the project's objectives, strategies, and implementation roadmap, fostering awareness and responsibility among individuals to contribute to Openasia's high-quality human resource development. 

The two-day retreat concluded not only with valuable knowledge but also with cherished memories and a strengthened sense of One Openasia unity.
