The Climb to OlymHR – All HR Summit 2025: A Journey of Connection, Inspiration, and Growth

Following the success of the All HR Summit 2024, Openasia Group proudly hosted the second annual summit dedicated to the Human Resources departments across all Subsidiaries. This 2-day-1-night retreat took place in the majestic landscape of Ninh Binh, under the inspiring theme: “The Climb to OlymHR” – symbolizing the journey to conquer professional peaks and personal growth for HR professionals.

Day 1: Bonding – Fun – Creativity

The first day was filled with laughter and excitement as participants engaged in a series of creative team-building games. From strategic ddakji flipping, hilarious cookie-eating contests, to balloon-blowing challenges on the Openasia logo matrix representing the five core values – every activity required close coordination, team spirit, and a good dose of humor.

These games helped break the ice between colleagues from different companies, creating memorable moments and strengthening the bonds within a diverse yet passionate HR community.

Day 2: Sharing – Listening – Inspiring

The second day offered a chance to slow down, reflect, and connect on a deeper level. The workshop led by a guest speaker with expertise in Human Resource Management opened up a space for honest sharing, where participants could set aside titles, roles, and ranks to engage in meaningful conversations and mutual learning.
