ALL HR SUMMIT 2026 – CREATE BEYOND BRICKS

When Creativity is sparked from the smallest building blocks

Following two successful editions, All HR Summit 2026 was officially held in Ha Long, bringing together HR teams from Openasia Group’s Subsidiaries. This year’s program introduced a refreshed format - more open, approachable, and connection‑driven - true to its overarching spirit: Create Beyond Bricks.

Inspired by Openasia’s core value - Creativity, All HR Summit is not only an annual gathering of the HR community, but also a space for individuals to reflect on how they work, think, and create value from what may seem like the smallest details in everyday work.

Connection & Creativity – Beginning with shared experiences

The first day of the program opened with light bonding activities, creating opportunities for HR participants to connect in a relaxed setting in Ha Long. A key highlight was the epoxy resin relief & painting workshop, where each participant explored creativity hands‑on and completed a personal artwork.

Rather than focusing on technique or outcomes, the activity emphasized the creative process itself—allowing creativity to emerge naturally, without pressure. Each finished piece became not only a creative result, but also a meaningful keepsake, evoking memories of the All HR Summit 2026 journey in the coastal city of Ha Long.

Lego Serious Play – When culture is “built” through dialogue

The second day continued with a training workshop based on the Lego Serious Play (LSP) methodology—an experiential learning and dialogue approach designed to encourage critical thinking, active listening, and multidimensional sharing.

Through building Lego models and presenting the stories behind them, HR participants shared perspectives on Openasia’s core values, the role of HR in spreading and sustaining those values, and how each individual can contribute to the bigger picture through personal identity and experience.

The workshop atmosphere was dynamic, open, and highly engaging—perfectly reflecting the spirit of Create Beyond Bricks: creativity does not lie in pre‑defined “bricks,” but in how we connect them, interpret them, and create new meaning together.
