Vice Factory Director

• Lead entire factory: Production, Planning, Supply, Engineering
• Build operational strategy, optimize performance, increase profitability
• Deploy continuous improvement, apply technology and data to management
• Manage senior staff, build high-performing team, professional corporate culture
• Support CEO in strategic development, business expansion

1. Factory Leadership

• Lead Department Heads: Production, Planning, Supply, Engineering.
• Build strategy, objectives, factory operational plans
• Ensure targets: Output, quality, cost, occupational safety
• Report directly to CEO and Factory Director on plan, progress, issues
• Coordinate with other departments: Business Development, R & D, Finance - Accounting, Human Resources & General Affairs.

2. Production Management & Performance

• Oversee output, schedule, product quality according to plan
• Optimize productivity, reduce costs, increase pass rate
• Manage machine downtime, maximize capacity utilization
• Handle emergencies, ensure continuous production
• Analyze production data, propose improvements

3. Planning & Supply Chain Management

• Build production plan, workforce, materials, capacity
• Manage materials, inventory, optimize supply costs
• Coordinate with R&D, Business Development on new products, large orders
• Forecast demand, build long-term plans

4. Human Resources & Development

• Manage senior team (Department Heads, Engineers, Supervisors)
• Recruit, train, develop staff capability
• Evaluate performance, handle discipline, build culture
• Ensure occupational safety, legal compliance
• Retain talent, solve HR issues

5. Improvement & Technology

• Deploy 5S, Lean, automation to optimize processes
• Apply data, analytics to management and decision-making
• Select technology, equipment, new management systems
• Manage major projects, factory renovation
• Monitor industry trends, propose competitive solutions

6. Quality & Cost Management

• Ensure product quality, export standards
• Control production costs, improve efficiency
• Coordinate with customers on quality, order issues

• University degree: Engineering, Production Management, Economics or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of furniture manufacturing, wood: Processes, machinery, technology
• Production management: Planning, MPS, ERP, QC, costing
• Human resources, organization, corporate culture
• Proficient English (all 4 skills)
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM
• Six Sigma, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence
• ISO 9001, SA 8000/ BSCI, HSE, international standards
• SAP, ERP, modern management systems

• 5 years in wood furniture manufacturing
• 3-5 years in senior management: Production Manager, Vice Director or equivalent
• Managed factory/workshop with 50+ employees
• Export experience, international customers
• Major project implementation, factory renovation
• FDI, MNE company experience
• ERP implementation, new management systems
• Company-level project management
• Management consulting, improvement
