JOB DESCRIPTION
Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of restaurant, bar & lounge, banquet and culinary at La Table Hanoia to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.
1.Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence (70%)
- Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Partner with Executive Chef to create innovative menus and pricing strategies aligned with revenue goals.
- Maintain strong front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
- Deliver high-end service and resolve guest concerns with a high standard of professionalism.
- Manage staff performance, training, and development.
- Lead daily briefings, weekly F&B meetings, and planning for events or banquets.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service across all touchpoints.
Business Development (20%)
- Develop annual sales and marketing strategies for F&B services.
- Explore opportunities such as catering and corporate partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Administrative & Other Duties (10%)
- Manage budgets, inventories, and cost controls to meet financial goals.
- Supervise the master wine list and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Participate in broader projects and tasks assigned by GM.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications & Experience:
- College degree preferred; Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Tourism & Hospitality is a plus.
- At least 5 years experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Manager in fine-dining or luxury hospitality.
- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Word, Excel, ERP systems, BI tools, Google Suite).
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken & written); French is a plus.
