JOB DESCRIPTION

To ensure that every guest has a memorable and personalized experience, with a warm welcome and attentive support throughout their stay.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet and farewell guests in a professional, friendly, and warm manner.
  • Prepare and provide welcome materials such as maps, in-room service menus, local attraction information, etc.
  • Assist guests with special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, and transportation arrangements.
  • Review daily arrival lists to identify VIPs or special guests and coordinate appropriate welcome arrangements.
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, including support during breakfast service or in the lounge area if needed.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Excellent communication and listening skills to understand guest needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Professional appearance and a guest-oriented attitude.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Korean) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in a guest-facing or customer service role is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and passion for hospitality may be considered.
