To ensure that every guest has a memorable and personalized experience, with a warm welcome and attentive support throughout their stay.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet and farewell guests in a professional, friendly, and warm manner.
- Prepare and provide welcome materials such as maps, in-room service menus, local attraction information, etc.
- Assist guests with special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, and transportation arrangements.
- Review daily arrival lists to identify VIPs or special guests and coordinate appropriate welcome arrangements.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, including support during breakfast service or in the lounge area if needed.

- Excellent communication and listening skills to understand guest needs.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Professional appearance and a guest-oriented attitude.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Korean) are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a guest-facing or customer service role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and passion for hospitality may be considered.
