Event Intern

Scope of work:

• Support Event team in planning, setting up, and executing of different events for fashion brands/ external businesses
• Update market trends and event ideas for brainstorming
• Support in analysing and selecting suitable suppliers for the event production stage
• Be responsible for following up all the assigned tasks and events
• Support team in completing administration tasks, translation documents, annual billings, and reports
• Participating in internal communication activities within Openasia Group
   

• Studying or having major in Communications, Advertising, Design
• Interest/ passionate in Communication/Graphic Design
• Fluency in both verbal and written English is preferred (other language is additional)
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
