MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Scope of work:
- Support Event team in planning, setting up, and executing of different events for fashion brands/ external businesses
- Update market trends and event ideas for brainstorming
- Support in analysing and selecting suitable suppliers for the event production stage
- Be responsible for following up all the assigned tasks and events
- Support team in completing administration tasks, translation documents, annual billings, and reports
- Participating in internal communication activities within Openasia Group
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Studying or having major in Communications, Advertising, Design
- Interest/ passionate in Communication/Graphic Design
- Fluency in both verbal and written English is preferred (other language is additional)
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Motivated
