JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Assist in implementing Partnership campaigns   

  • Collaborate with partners to prepare materials, contracts, and communication plans 

  • Track the progress of campaigns, ensuring alignment with internal departments & assist campaign operations 

2. Market & Business Research for Partnership & Loyalty 

  • Conduct research to identify potential partners in banking, real estate, luxury lifestyle, etc. 

  • Analyze partnership campaign ideas from local and international markets for potential adaptation 

  • Conduct market research and propose innovative ideas to enhance Tam Sơn’s Loyalty Program 

3. Event & workshop assistance 

  • Manage guest lists, send invitations, and confirm attendance for events and workshops 

  • Coordinate with Marcom, Retail, and Store teams to prepare materials, gifts, and promotions for smooth execution 

  • Assist with on-site logistics, including guest check-in and welcoming attendees 

  • Record event details and feedback, and assist in preparing post-event reports 

4. Support other loyalty program tasks 

  • Support execution & operation of Tam Son Loyalty program    

  • Support CRM administrative tasks   

  • Do market study & provide fresh ideas to improve Tam Son Loyalty program


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint), CRM tools, Canva, AI tools, etc. 

  • Data analysis skill 

  • Organizational skills with attention to detail  

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment 

  • Creative, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a dynamic luxury retail environment 

  • Adaptable with a proactive approach and strong initiative 

3. Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Full-time, 6-month internship (Monday–Friday) 

  • Final-year student in Business, Banking, Economics or related fields 

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and loyalty program operations is a plus
