POSITION OVERVIEW

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Collaborate closely with business decision-makers, key users (Super Users), and other Application System Analysts to define and design future solutions for Service Center and Technology Center operations.  

  • Gather business requirements, design, and develop system solutions to support organizational objectives.  

  • Analyze complex business problems and requirements, and design cost-effective, suitable solutions and product configurations to meet business needs.  

  • Prepare and maintain clear, comprehensive functional and technical specifications.  

  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and processes that align with business requirements.  

  • Guide and support outsourced development teams when required, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.  

  • Work closely with development teams to create mockups, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and monitor project progress.  

  • Develop and continuously enhance knowledge of product features, functionalities, business processes, and integrated applications.  

  • Plan, execute, and support Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).  

  • Develop and maintain test scenarios, test plans, and related testing documentation.  

  • Prepare and deliver training sessions for business users and stakeholders on application functionalities and product features.  

  • Manage project activities and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.  

  • Participate in team planning and retrospective meetings, ensuring development teams fully understand user stories and project requirements.  


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Proven experience working in a cross-functional environment.  

  • Strong Product Management capabilities, with experience managing innovation initiatives from ideation, development, and launch through all stages of the product lifecycle and across multiple departments.  

  • Solid understanding of one or more phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including business analysis, design, development, and testing.  

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise software implementation projects.  

  • Quick learner with the ability to acquire knowledge in new business domains and technologies.  

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills when working with both internal teams and external clients.  

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP/CRM systems, accounting software, or other enterprise business applications is highly preferred.  

  • Knowledge and experience in software development and database design are advantageous.  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.  

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.  

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex issues involving multiple variables and data sources.  

  • Ability to influence business operations and drive change in a constructive, non-confrontational manner.  

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.  

  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.  

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
