MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Collaborate closely with business decision-makers, key users (Super Users), and other Application System Analysts to define and design future solutions for Service Center and Technology Center operations.
Gather business requirements, design, and develop system solutions to support organizational objectives.
Analyze complex business problems and requirements, and design cost-effective, suitable solutions and product configurations to meet business needs.
Prepare and maintain clear, comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and processes that align with business requirements.
Guide and support outsourced development teams when required, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.
Work closely with development teams to create mockups, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and monitor project progress.
Develop and continuously enhance knowledge of product features, functionalities, business processes, and integrated applications.
Plan, execute, and support Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop and maintain test scenarios, test plans, and related testing documentation.
Prepare and deliver training sessions for business users and stakeholders on application functionalities and product features.
Manage project activities and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in team planning and retrospective meetings, ensuring development teams fully understand user stories and project requirements.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Proven experience working in a cross-functional environment.
Strong Product Management capabilities, with experience managing innovation initiatives from ideation, development, and launch through all stages of the product lifecycle and across multiple departments.
Solid understanding of one or more phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including business analysis, design, development, and testing.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise software implementation projects.
Quick learner with the ability to acquire knowledge in new business domains and technologies.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills when working with both internal teams and external clients.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP/CRM systems, accounting software, or other enterprise business applications is highly preferred.
Knowledge and experience in software development and database design are advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex issues involving multiple variables and data sources.
Ability to influence business operations and drive change in a constructive, non-confrontational manner.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
