JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), leisure, and travel trade segments.
  • Manage existing client accounts to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and hotel tours for potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional campaigns and packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with operations, reservations, and front office teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel/resort sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and high level of professionalism.
