MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), leisure, and travel trade segments.
- Manage existing client accounts to maintain strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and hotel tours for potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional campaigns and packages.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with operations, reservations, and front office teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in hotel/resort sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, team player, and high level of professionalism.
