JOB DESCRIPTION
• Support the Department Head in managing and operating the activities of the Wellness department (spa, fitness, yoga, wellness activities...).
• Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of staff, ensuring service quality and customer experience.
• Collaborate in developing training plans, guiding, and improving staff's professional skills.
• Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of service packages, wellness programs, and promotions.
• Monitor and control costs, inventory, equipment, and tools in the area.
• Directly assist customers with special requests or complaints, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
• Support the Department Head in preparing operational reports, analyzing business performance, and proposing improvements.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards, and hotel regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Possess in-depth knowledge of healthcare services, therapies, fitness, yoga, or wellness trends.
At least 2-3 years of experience in the spa/wellness/fitness industry, with preference given to candidates who have held supervisory or assistant roles
• Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle situations and resolve customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Proficient in office computing; able to communicate in English (knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage).
• Pleasant appearance, professional manner, good health, and a positive work attitude.
