Support Sales Manager to develop plans and strategies to achieve the sales target.
1. Take care existing key accounts:
- Collecting and analyzing customers’ requirements regarding to order.
- Cooperating with others relative to develop sample products following customers’ requirements.
- Processing orders and transactions with customers.
- Resolving product issues, troubleshooting problems and providing ongoing technique assistant to customers.
- Handing customers’ complaints.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
2. Develop new clients:
- Conducting surveys and market research to study and analyze the needs of the customers.
- Searching new potential customers (networking, social network, exhibitions,…)
- Setting up the meeting and introducing production process of products to potential clients.
- Ensuring that the products are made available to suit the needs of the customer.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of wood products in advance.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation.
- Bachelor degree.
