Position Purpose
The Marketing Lead – Events, Partnerships & Customer Experience is responsible for orchestrating impactful brand events, cultivating strategic partnerships, and continuously elevating the member experience. This role requires an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative individual with a deep appreciation for hospitality, creativity, and meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Execution
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality events that align with brand identity and business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage logistics, guest experience, promotion, and postevent evaluation
- Ensure all events reflect Toong’s aesthetic standards and create memorable impressions
2. Partnership Development
- Identify and nurture partnerships that enhance brand value and community engagement
- Manage collaborations with lifestyle, cultural, and business partners to co-create unique experiences
- Track performance and impact of partnerships to inform future collaborations
3. Customer Experience Improvement
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to enhance engagement strategies
- Implement initiatives that elevate daily customer interactions at Toong
- Coordinate with operations and design teams to ensure seamless and human-centric service delivery
4. Brand Consistency & Communication
- Uphold brand identity across all events and partner touchpoints
- Work closely with content and design teams to ensure messaging and visuals align with brand ethos
5. Performance Monitoring & Budgeting
- Set KPIs for events and partnerships, track their performance, and report insights
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure impactful yet cost-efficient campaigns
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- At least 3–5 years of experience in event management, partnerships, or customer experience, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or creative sectors
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and time sensitivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- High aesthetic sensibility and understanding of experiential branding
