MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Client Development & Management
- Develop and implement strategic client development plans targeting VIP/VVIP segments, with a focus on luxury & ultra-luxury brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients to drive retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases.
- Partner with retail teams to segment clients, track behaviors, and identify opportunities for growth and reactivation.
- Lead clienteling initiatives, including personalized outreach, appointment setting, and tailored communication.
- Monitor and analyze key client KPIs (traffic, conversion, average spend, retention) to optimize performance.
2. Client Experience
- Design and deliver elevated, personalized client journeys aligned with Rendez-Vous positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with store teams, stylists, VM, and brand representatives to curate bespoke experiences.
- Oversee the planning and execution of VIP appointments and private viewings, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all client touchpoints, from in-store interactions to event and post-event follow-ups.
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
3. Event & Activation
- Plan and execute exclusive events: private dinners, brand activations, trunk shows, and VIP experiences.
- Work closely with brands to co-create impactful activations aligned with global guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end event execution: concept, guest list curation, production, onsite experience, and post-event evaluation.
- Ensure events drive both brand equity and commercial impact.
4. Luxury Gifting & VIP Engagement
- Lead the selection, development, and production of premium gifting items for VIP/VVIP clients.
- Ensure gifting reflects brand positioning, craftsmanship, and personalization.
- Collaborate with suppliers and brands to develop exclusive, limited-edition gifts where relevant.
- Manage gifting strategy across key occasions: client milestones, festive seasons, high-value purchases.
5. Other Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the annual budget for client development, ensuring strategic and efficient use of resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Client Development, or Events; luxury experience is a plus.
- Experience working with VIP/VVIP or high-end clients.
- Proven ability to execute premium events and client engagement activities.
- Strong organization and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work across teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong user of Microsoft Apps.
- Strongly prefer candidates with a commercial, client-centric mindset, who are eager to learn and grow quickly, and motivated to thrive in luxury retail.
