TỔNG QUAN VỊ TRÍ
To support the Store Management on general Store Administration tasks, maintenance and in ensuring rigorous observance of procedures among all store staff members.
To manage all back-office customer service-related tasks, in order to allow Sales Staff to focus on customers physically present in the store.
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Back-office customer service management
- After Sales management: ensuring that repair requests are correctly registered in Hermes Care and shipped on a timely manner, communication with central/local repairer, communication with customers (quotations, lead time, and repairs pick up)
- Management of Customer Requests: product searches, transfer requests, communication with customers
- Monitoring of reservations and available orders KPIs: average duration and conversion rates
- Customer incoming calls (if the store does not benefit from a customer call center)
2. Cash management
- Supervision of till operations (in compliance with Group procedures)
- Follow-up of cash remittance
- Follow-up and support to Store Manager to review all My Store Control reports
3. Store life
-Store orders: uniforms, stationaries, flowers, drinks & food etc.
- Manage door gifts and special occasion gifting from the stores
- Follow-up of general costs and invoices under Operation Cost
- Management of Store Maintenance
- Working closely with property manager to support store operation
4. Planning, communication & procedures
- Staff weekly and monthly planning preparation and updates, including planning of external/temporary staff
- Manage internal communication
- In-store application of all Group procedures, including people safety
- In-store implementation and accurate use of Group IT Tools
- Mandatory documents archiving and management (CITES, etc.)
- Change management
- Support for training schedule and follow SOP from the head office.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Detail-oriented, agile, good attitude
- Be able to work in shifts
- Have experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service,.. or related fields
- Problem-solving skills / Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề
- Communication skills/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp
- Customer service skills/ Kỹ năng chăm sóc khách hàng
- Time management skill/ Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian
- Good English skills, preferably literacy skills (Reading and Writing)/ Kỹ năng tiếng anh, ưu tiên kỹ năng đọc viết
