A brand-new Boutique of Hermès Ha Noi, one of the top largest in Asia Pacific located in a prime position on Trang Tien street and covering all Hermès product categories, is to be opened by end 2025 – we are looking for Cashier to join our team

A. Brand Overview: 

Hermès is the name of a house, but above all it is the name of a family that, for almost two centuries, has written the history of a Parisian company founded on know-how and quality, tradition, and innovation.

From harness-maker to saddler, Hermès today deploys its creativity through 16 métiers. The watchwords have remained the same: exacting standards and authenticity, elegance and sobriety, fantasy, and audacity. 

B. Position Overview:

The Cashier at Hermès ensures the final step of the client journey reflects the House’s values of elegance, precision, and attentiveness. As a key ambassador, the Cashier upholds Hermès’ spirit of simplicity and excellence, offering seamless service while embodying generosity and discretion at all times.

C. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets customers, including answering phones and directing customer inquiries to appropriate
  • party.
  • Handles cash transactions between customer and retail store.
  • Answers routine billing questions/issues from customers.
  • Receives and processes all payments according to standard procedures.
  • Scan products, operate scanning equipment, and fix scanning issues.
  • Processes credit and debit cards, helping customers use processing equipment.
  • Counts money back to customers in an accurate and concise manner.
  • Assists in the opening and closing of a retail location, which includes but is not limited to cash
  • handling and deposits.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate, and proving a receipt to
  • every customer.
  • Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
  • Examine products being purchased for damages and price accuracy.
  • Coordinate with retail staff for product inquiries and price checks.
  • Process receipts and in-store coupons for customers.
  • Assists in the maintenance of storefront and retail displays.
  • Help stock shelves in proximity to the cash register.
  • Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
  • Count the cash in the drawer at the end of the day, ensuring cash equals receipts.
  • Performs daily, weekly, and monthly audits of cash intake or cash drawers.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • 1-2 years of experience in cashier and customer service in the retail industry
  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree
