ABOUT TAM SON APARTMENT

In 2025, Tam Son introduces Tam Son Apartment — the first luxury retail concept in Vietnam. Meticulously curated, the project is a concept space that brings together a selection of prestigious luxury brands distributed by Tam Son across Fashion, Watches & Jewelry, Lifestyle, and Beauty. 
Designed to deliver a "Public Yet Private" experience, Tam Son Apartment offers refined shopping moments complemented by exclusive activities and events from renowned brands such as Hermès, Loewe, Bottega Veneta, Chaumet, Piaget, Bang & Olufsen, Hanoia, Diptyque, and many more. The project redefines the retail journey — where luxury feels both personal and effortless, allowing customers to interact with each piece in a way that feels intuitive, elegant, and unmistakably Tam Son. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Visual Merchandising

  • Develop essential VM guidelines and inspirational booklets and implement them in line with product focus and availability.
  • Ensure the product presentation aligns with brand identity and enhances client experience, adhering to store layout and furnishings.
  • Maintain an inviting and creative product display in collaboration with the store team, ensuring daily upkeep.
  • Identify opportunities to boost sales, client satisfaction, and creative quality alongside the team.
  • Manage product launches and related activities in accordance with brand standards and timelines.
  • Develop a monthly VM plan, adjusting as needed to support the store’s objectives and activity calendar.
  • Plan and prepare VM strategies to achieve the highest standards and implementation efficiency.
  • Organize and schedule tasks based on commercial priorities.

Styling

  • Offer expert styling recommendations, personalized to clients’ individual tastes, body types, and lifestyles.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized shopping experiences, including wardrobe curation and seasonal updates.
  • Advise on styling trends across multiple brands and product categories at Tam Son Apartment.
  • Work closely with Private Client Advisors to cultivate a loyal clientele through proactive outreach, appointment-based styling, and follow-ups.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, upcoming collections, and emerging trends.
  • Contribute to styling content for social media platforms (if applicable).

Others

  • Coach the team on styling knowledge and skills to elevate overall service quality.

Compliance & Standards

  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards, upholding the organization’s integrity.
  • Address compliance issues promptly and execute corrective measures as necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Strongly prefer candidates with VM, styling, and creative experience; a portfolio showcasing VM and styling work is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize deadlines and pay attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with current luxury market trends and social media dynamics.
  • High-level engagement, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to forge strong partnerships across different departments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, skilled in effective prioritization, adaptability, and handling pressure; flexible with schedule changes.
  • Proficient in English; advanced user of PowerPoint and design applications.
  • Receptive to feedback, maintaining an open-minded and flexible approach.
