JOB DESCRIPTION

- Become a leading expert in Biologique Recherche’s products, treatments, and protocols.

- Educate and promote skin analysis tools and techniques and teach all therapists how to tailor treatments to the client’s needs/concerns in order to encourage sales and partnerships.

- Maintain exceptional treatment and training standards ensuring the brand is represented to the highest standards by all accounts.

- Perform Biologique Recherche treatments and demonstrations to our existing accounts and potential accounts.

- Create your own training plans including preparing training materials and bespoke lesson plans based on the accounts training requirements.

- Complete end of assessment reports for all therapists upon completion of their training course and make sure this information is communicated with the spa manager and account manager.

- Should be able to travel across the region to deliver trainings & coaching sessions throughout the year


JOB REQUIREMENT

2. Skills:

- Have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and be confident to engage with an audience face to face or virtually.

- Have excellent presentation skills and are able to influence and inspire any audience with the highest focus on attention to detail and accuracy.

- A self-starter with the ability to be able to adapt to education situations.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, sense of organization and proactive.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

- Competent PC skills with working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams, and Zoom.

3. Knowledge & Qualificaion

- Previous experience of lecturing or teaching.

- Beauty Qualification (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO,).

- Experience of working in a 5-star spa environment as a Head therapist or Spa Manager.

- Occasional international travel if necessary
