JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Beauty trainer - Hermès Beauty

  • Work in collaboration and report directly to the Retail Brand Manager (RBM) and Brand team from Hong Kong regarding the training.
  • Forecast and order material training.
  • Attend the Train-the-Trainer seminar to take back the knowledge and skill and provide training for the Vietnam team.
  • Translate the document relating to the training and training for new product.
  • Prepare and set up a training room following the Brand’s guidelines.
  • Organize the brand’s training schedule and supervise the test of each season, new collection.
  • Internal training: existing teams and newcomers.
  • Survey and coach sales staff to become qualified Beauty Advisor for products + Makeup + Brand knowledge .
  • Stay updated on new product plans from the Marketing team.
  • Ensure that Beauty Ambassadors from boutiques are aware of the Brand value and take all necessary steps to ensure the overall beauty training for the boutiques in Vietnam.
  • Carry on others’ assigned tasks (local uniform production for the beauty team).

2. Training ambassador for other brands

  • Work with retail & principal to understand and identify the training needs of the brand.
  • Implement and localize training Initiatives from headquarters for program delivery.
  • Select, brief and monitor external providers/facilitators when necessary.
  • Complete the annual training schedule monthly according to field visits and in-depth observation and discussions with the teams.
  • Operation store check.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, budget and report writing skills
  • Good vision, self-motivation, excellent drive and enthusiasm
  • Good sense of color and art, fashion
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Experience in managing training, mentoring and supervising new team members
  • Excellent way with words and narration and enjoy evoking imagery for customers through stories and anecdotes
  • Experience or a passion for working within the Beauty industry & Fashion
