JOB DESCRIPTION
Prior experience in supporting & assisting C-suite executives or BOD.
Experience in office administration, event organization, and/or real estate management is a plus

Availability to support the Partners outside of standard office hours when necessary; flexibility to
respond to urgent requests.
Highly adaptive with new requests and technology
• Communication & Coordination: Screen and prioritize incoming communications, emails, and calls, coordinate with various departments and teams to serve as the primary point of contact between Partners and internal/external parties to arrange schedules.
• Business Travel & Event Management: Organize and coordinate business trips, international/ domestic travel, and attendance at events for Partners (including logistics, itinerary planning, and bookings).
• Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, schedule meetings, and ensure all materials and logistics are arranged.
• Relationship Management: Manage CRM for Partners, including arranging gifts for birthdays, Tết, and special occasions; taking care of VIP clients and partners; work with relevant authorities and handle related paperwork as required.
• Expense Management: Prepare and process payment requests for Partners’ expenses, and track reimbursements.
• Visa & Work Permits: Arrange work permits, residence cards, and visas for Partners and relatives.
• Address ad-hoc requests from Partners as needed.
• Property Oversight: under authorization of Partner(s) on a case by case basis, to manage Partner(s)’ apartments for rent, maintain rental records, and ensure timely collection of rental fees, take care of tenants’ needs and coordinate with brokers as necessary.
• Personal Support: Handle private tasks such as managing Partner’s homes, banking, health care and insurance, working with household staff, and following up on personal requests.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
