JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform Spa treatments to guests including all treatments as detailed on the Spa menu in accordance with the Spa standards.
Strictly follow the roster scheduled by Spa Manager.
Attend all spa meeting/training scheduled/asked by Spa Manager.
Read Spa log book every day.
Responsible for guest satisfaction and Spa reputation.
Report to Assistant Spa Manager /Spa Manager when receive any complaint from guest, even the complaint is already solved.
Responsible for cleanliness and order of Staff room, and all treatment rooms.
Doing Spa reception and Spa attendant job when scheduled/asked by Assistant Spa Manager /Spa Manager.
Train new staff when scheduled/asked by Assistant Spa Manager /Spa Manager.
Respect Guest privacy. Talking about guest information, about guest’s body is forbidden.
Sell treatments and products.
Communicate all appropriate matters to Assistant Spa Manager /Spa Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Good health, nice appearance and attitude.
- Willing to work in shift and holiday.
- Cheerful, enthusiastic and hard working.
- Local and experienced candidates is preferred.
