JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sales supervision
Make a plan to supervise the store work
Monitor sales processes
Boost sales of month/ quarter/ year
2. Store Visual Merchandise supervision
Plan to change the display image according to the Brand's policy
Supervise work related to store image
Ensure VM standards at the store
3. Operational supervision
Supervise operating procedures: operating standards
Supervise the process of Customer Service, Warehouse…
Monitor and arrange work schedule, timekeeping, shifts
4. Personnel supervision
Train team (products, operations, soft skills...)
Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in employee morale and performance

At least 2 years of experience in the supervisor position and in the field of luxury goods business will be an advance
Priority experience in the field of retail business
Fluent in English & French is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and know how to arrange the assigned work order
