ABOUT TAM SON APARTMENT
In 2025, Tam Son introduces Tam Son Apartment — the first luxury retail concept in Vietnam. Meticulously curated, the project is a concept space that brings together a selection of prestigious luxury brands distributed by Tam Son across Fashion, Watches & Jewelry, Lifestyle, and Beauty.
Designed to deliver a "Public Yet Private" experience, Tam Son Apartment offers refined shopping moments complemented by exclusive activities and events from renowned brands such as Hermès, Loewe, Bottega Veneta, Chaumet, Piaget, Bang & Olufsen, Hanoia, Diptyque, and many more. The project redefines the retail journey — where luxury feels both personal and effortless, allowing customers to interact with each piece in a way that feels intuitive, elegant, and unmistakably Tam Son.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Development & Management
- Develop a client development strategy for key customer segments of all brands in collaboration with the CRM Department.
- Measure progress by tracking client visits, appointments, and spend across all product categories.
- Provide outreach lists, email templates, and messaging scripts to support the team’s clienteling activities.
- Expand client outreach programs for special occasions and key life milestones.
- Monitor prospective and existing client data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities, provide insights to support sales growth, and maximize client retention.
- Evaluate the performance and impact of client initiatives on client development and sales.
Client Experience
- Partner with the CRM Department and store teams to coordinate exceptional local and international experiences for clients.
- Collaborate with relevant suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of the best client experience possible.
- Work closely with the Senior Store Manager, VM & Stylist, Private Client Advisors, and staff from other brands to curate elevated, bespoke client experiences.
- Oversee client appointments and partner with team members to prepare for each engagement.
Coaching & Teamwork
- Foster mutual trust, respect, and collaboration among all team members.
- Work closely with Private Client Advisors to develop client initiatives for Tam Son Apartment.
- Coordinate with the HR Department to identify training opportunities and develop relevant selling ceremony and client experience modules.
- Conduct regular check-ins with the Senior Store Manager, VM & Stylist, and Private Client Advisors to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and coach team members on building lasting client relationships in line with company standards.
Other Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the annual budget for client development, ensuring strategic and efficient use of resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Compliance & Standards
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain the integrity of the organization.
- Address compliance issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role; experience in clienteling and sales within a luxury environment is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in managing a service-focused business.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a keen sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail.
- High-level engagement abilities, excellent relationship-building, and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to form cross-departmental partnerships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; able to prioritize effectively, adapt under pressure, and be flexible with schedule changes.
- Proficiency in English; strong user of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- Strongly prefer candidates with a commercial, client-centric mindset, who are eager to learn and grow quickly, and motivated to thrive in luxury retail.
