In 2025, Craftica entered a new phase with a broader mission: to bring Vietnamese-made excellence into modern interiors worldwide. JOB DESCRIPTION

OBJECTIVES

  • Lead and manage the comprehensive quality assurance system for millworks within the organization
  • Develop and implement holistic QA strategies from design to product completion
  • Manage QC teams and establish quality standards for complex projects
  • Ensure compliance with international quality standards and high-end customer requirements
  • Build strategic relationships with suppliers and partners regarding quality matters

SCOPE OF WORK / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. QA System Management and Development (35%)

  • Establish and improve quality assurance processes for millworks
  • Develop quality inspection standards for interior and exterior doors, including imported products
  • Build quality matrices for various materials: solid wood, industrial wood, veneer, metal with different finishes, leather, marble, glass, and combination materials
  • Establish multi-level quality control systems (inline check, final check, onsite check, final project check)

2. QC Team Leadership and Training (25%)

  • Manage and develop QC Executive teams and quality inspection staff
  • Train and enhance professional capabilities of QC teams
  • Assign and supervise quality inspection work at various locations
  • Evaluate performance and build development plans for staff

3. Supplier and Partner Quality Management (20%)

  • Evaluate and approve suppliers according to quality standards
  • Coordinate with factories and suppliers to maintain quality standards
  • Monitor quality at production facilities and partner sites
  • Handle complex quality issues and disputes with suppliers

4. Quality Project Management and Reporting (20%)

  • Develop QA plans for large-scale millworks projects
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure project quality standards
  • Report quality status to management
  • Analyze quality data and propose continuous improvements

JOB REQUIREMENT

Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Wood Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields
  • Quality management certifications (ISO 9001, Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt)
  • Deep knowledge of high-end construction materials and millworks manufacturing technology
  • Master's degree in related field or MBA
  • Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing certifications
  • Specialized international millworks training certifications

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in QA/QC field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of QC team management experience
  • Experience working with millworks products, high-end interiors, or wood industry
  • Experience working at international millworks/interior companies
  • Experience managing quality for export projects
  • Experience working with international quality standards (ANSI, DIN, JIS)

Skills

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient English (4 skills), able to work with international partners
  • Professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in quality management software and office applications
  • Project management skills (PMP or equivalent)
  • Ability to use specialized software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SAP QM)
  • Data analysis and statistical reporting skills
  • Third language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean)
