JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT TAM SON APARTMENT

In 2025, Tam Son introduces Tam Son Apartment — the first luxury retail concept in Vietnam. Meticulously curated, the project is a concept space that brings together a selection of prestigious luxury brands distributed by Tam Son across Fashion, Watches & Jewelry, Lifestyle, and Beauty.
Designed to deliver a "Public Yet Private" experience, Tam Son Apartment offers refined shopping moments complemented by exclusive activities and events from renowned brands such as Hermès, Loewe, Bottega Veneta, Chaumet, Piaget, Bang & Olufsen, Hanoia, Diptyque, and many more. The project redefines the retail journey — where luxury feels both personal and effortless, allowing customers to interact with each piece in a way that feels intuitive, elegant, and unmistakably Tam Son.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Performance

  • Drive sales across all product categories — especially high-end (Hardware, High Jewelry, Lifestyle) — while upholding product quality and delivering excellent service standards.
  • Deliver a memorable omni-channel experience, aligned with our brand image and company procedures.
  • Drive and achieve individual and team objectives, including both financial and non-financial KPIs.
  • Take ownership of the performance of all curated collections.
  • Gather customer feedback on products and regularly share insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively propose commercial actions to support business development.

Client Management

  • Acquire and maintain strong product knowledge; stay updated on new arrivals to inspire clients through engaging storytelling.
  • Manage complex sales processes and client requests, handle complaints, and support clients throughout the entire journey — including after-sales service.
  • Collect and update client data in accordance with privacy policies and company procedures.
  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through personalized experiences, fostering long-term relationships while expanding new prospects.
  • Establish and execute strategies for acquiring, engaging, retaining, and growing High Net Worth (HNW) clients, with a focus on high-end products and cross-category selling.

Store Operations

  • Perform daily store duties as assigned by the management team.
  • Accurately operate the ERP and POS systems for stock transfers, invoicing, payments, and customer data input.

Oversee Till Controls:

  • Supervise till closing with sales teams and/or cashiers after the store closes.
  • Ensure accurate till controls and cash remittances (to the safe, to the bank).
  • Review and comment on all relevant reports related to till operations (discounts, forced prices, canceled sales) for management.
  • Maintain proper visual merchandising in line with VM guidelines.
  • Keep a safe and clean store environment; perform daily housekeeping duties.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise properly.
  • Participate in stock takes and cycle counts; assist the stock team in addressing negative stock or discrepancies.
  • Adhere to grooming and behavior standards.
  • Follow the work schedule as planned by management.
  • Collaborate with the team to contribute to overall store objectives.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Compliance & Standards

  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain the integrity of the organization.
  • Address compliance issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
