JOB DESCRIPTION
- Instruct guests to use Onsen service in accordance with the Spa standards.
- Strictly follow the roster scheduled by Spa Manager.
- Attend all spa meeting/training scheduled/asked by Spa Manager.
- Read Spa log book every day.
- Responsible for guest satisfaction and Spa reputation.
- Report to Assistant Spa Manager/Spa Manager when receive any complaint from guest, even the complaint is already solved.
- Responsible for cleanliness and order of Staff room, and Onsen area.
- Train new staff when scheduled/asked by Assistant Spa Manager /Spa Manager.
- Respect Guest privacy. Talking about guest information, about guest’s body is forbidden.
- Sell treatments and products.
- Communicate all appropriate matters to Assistant Spa Manager /Spa Manager.
- Other tasks assigned by Spa Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Good health, nice appearance and attitude.
- Willing to work in shift and holiday.
- Cheerful, enthusiastic and hard working.
- Local and experienced candidates is preferred.
