[HCM] STORE SUPERVISOR/ GIÁM SÁT CỬA HÀNG (WATCH & JEWELRY)

1. Sales supervision

• Make a plan to supervise the store work
• Monitor sales processes
• Boost sales of month/ quarter/ year 

2. Store Visual Merchandise supervision

• Plan to change the display image according to the Brand's policy
• Supervise work related to store image
• Ensure VM standards at the store

3. Operational supervision

• Supervise operating procedures: operating standards
• Supervise the process of Customer Service, Warehouse…
• Monitor and arrange work schedule, timekeeping, shifts

4. Personnel supervision

• Train team (products, operations, soft skills...)
• Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in employee morale and performance

3. Knowledge & Qualification

• College/ University
• At least 2 years of experience in the supervisor position and in the field of luxury goods business will be an advance
• Priority experience in the field of retail business
• Fluent in English & French is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and know how to arrange the assigned work order
