POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving Metaphore’s online growth through paid advertising, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and marketing operations. This role also supports the execution of Metaphore’s marketing strategy while maintaining the brand’s premium positioning across all digital platforms; and be responsible for executing, optimizing and supporting the creative vision, visual identity and content direction defined by the Creative Director.


JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Performance Marketing (Primary Responsibility) • Plan, launch and optimize Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram). • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROAS). • Create and test different audiences, creatives and campaign structures. • Monitor campaign performance daily and continuously improve results. • Develop retargeting campaigns to increase conversions and customer retention. • Produce weekly and monthly advertising performance reports with actionable insights. 2. Digital Marketing Support • Support the execution of Metaphore’s social media strategy. • Schedule and publish approved content across all social platforms. • Adapt content into different formats suitable for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other channels. • Assist with content editing including reels, short-form videos and basic graphic design. • Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints. • Creative concepts, brand direction and final content approval remain under the Creative Director. 3. Website & E-commerce • Update website products, collections and promotional campaigns. • Ensure product information is accurate and up to date. • Monitor website performance and customer journey. • Support SEO improvements and Google Business Profile updates. • Coordinate with external website developers when required. 4. Community Management & Customer Experience • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across all online channels. • Assist customers with product recommendations and online orders. • Coordinate with retail teams regarding customer requests and deliveries. • Encourage customer reviews and maintain excellent online customer service. 5. Marketing Analysis & Reporting Track key marketing KPIs including: • ROAS • Cost per Purchase • CTR • CPC • Conversion Rate • Website Traffic • Customer Acquisition Cost • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. • Provide recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness. 6. Market Research • Monitor industry trends, competitors and consumer behaviour. • Research new digital marketing tools and advertising opportunities. • Identify new growth opportunities for Metaphore. 7. Other Duties • Support marketing events, product launches and brand collaborations. • Work closely with the retail and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. • Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the Line Manager.


JOB REQUIREMENT

• Strong understanding of social media advertising and customer acquisition

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns

• Experience working with premium, lifestyle, fashion, design or luxury brands is highly preferred

• Experience with photography or video editing is an advantage

• Meta Business Manager

• Facebook & Instagram Ads

• Google Analytics (GA4), Google Business Profile

• Basic Photoshop/ Canva

• CapCut/ Adobe Premiere Pro

• Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets

• WooCommerce or Shopify, basic SEO knowledge, email Marketing, TikTok Ads are preferred

• Excellent communication skills
