JOB DESCRIPTION

Client Advisor is responsible for all sales activities in-store; delivering quality and consistency of service including identifying customers’ needs; developing client relationships, sales, and delivering post-sale services: 

  • Responsible for the daily store operations. 
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image. 
  • Call on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationships. 
  • Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc. 
  • Identify and handle client inquiries and concerns. .
  • Execute sales plans and participate in marketing events and promotion programs. 
  • Communicate feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management. 
  • Keep records and reports on sales activities.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in high-end watches or jewelry.
  • Have passion for retail industry with good selling skills.
  • Have passion for watches, jewelry and appreciate quality products.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
  • Must be a good team player, pleasant, service-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Have basic computer skills.
