JOB DESCRIPTION
1. HRMS Operations & Maintenance (40%)
- Oversee and support the performance of HRMS at the subsidiary level.
- Compile issues arising from the HRMS during usage and collaborate with the technical team to propose solutions.
- Collect user feedback to improve and optimize the system.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting (30%)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and patterns.
- Generate insightful HR reports that support HR strategic decision-making process: including employee lifecycle, recruitment efficiencies, turnover rates, performance management, etc…
3. C&B Operation (30%)
- In charge of salary calculation and disbursement.
- Accurately calculate monthly PIT and annual PIT finalization in compliance with the law.
- Follow up monthly SHUI calculation, declaration & payment, reconciliation with Payroll, and SHUI report.
- Update the current policies (Working time policy...) and procedures (leave/overtime submission procedures…) to make sure that all the C&B policies are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements/Company's strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in the field of human resources.
- Knowledge:
- University degree related to Human Resource Management or related fields
- Relevant certifications in data research skills are a big plus.
- Technical skills:
- Data analysis & reporting.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Interpersonal skills:
- Proactive: always ready to take on tasks and complete work without needing reminders.
- Flexible: ability to adapt to situations and changes quickly.
- Collaborative: ability to work in a team and coordinate well with colleagues.
- HR Service mindset: Be approachable, helpful, and professional while interacting with employees and focusing on finding solutions to their needs.
