Group Finance & Accounting Officer (Consolidation)

• Create templates for subsidiaries to collect data, aiming to standardize and centralize information at the Holding company
• Work closely with Subsidiaries’ Chief Accountants to clear and review subsidiary companies' financial data and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity. 
• Prepare the consolidated financial statements for the Group.
• Provide necessary documents and data to the Finance Department and Investment Department if required.
• Collaborate with independent auditors during the consolidation audit process.
• Guide, support, and train other accounting members in the consolidation process to foster professional development and enhance team performance.
• Perform other ad-hoc activities as required.

• Expertise in financial statement consolidation is mandatory.
• Up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to propose process improvements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational, meticulous, and accurate work habits.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Visio...)
• Good English at accounting knowledge and basic conversation.
• Experience in international accounting (IFRS) and tax accounting is an advantage
