JOB TITLE: Group Business Intelligence Lead

Deadline : 30-06-2026

POSITION OVERVIEW
The BI Lead will lead the development of Openasia’s Group-wide data and business intelligence foundation, ensuring that the Data Warehouse, reporting systems, and governance framework are built to support scalable, accurate, and decision-driven operations across all subsidiaries.
This role acts as the business owner of data, bridging leadership, business units, and technical teams to transform fragmented data into a strategic asset. This is a rare opportunity to build something from scratch — and to leave a lasting mark on how a growing group of businesses harnesses data. The right candidate is someone who has been through a data warehouse build before, understands what it takes to get it right from the start, and is energized by the challenge of turning complexity into clarity.

3. Data Governance & Standardization
- Work alongside Group IC to co-build Group data governance framework covering data ownership, definitions, access policies, and quality standards.
- Drive data consistency across subsidiaries by standardizing KPI definitions, data structures, and reporting cadence.
- Ensure governance principles are embedded into both system architecture and reporting outputs across the Group.
4. Business Insights & Performance Management
- Analyze Group-wide performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and efficiency improvement.
- Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews with clear, data-driven storytelling for leadership.
- Translate data into actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
5. Squad Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and coordinate the data squad across subsidiaries to ensure alignment and effective execution of data initiatives.
- Manage collaboration between business teams, GIC, and external vendors to deliver integrated data solutions.
