JOB DESCRIPTION

CRM Intern is responsible for supporting CRM department’s day-to-day activities.

  • Support execution and operations of the Tam Sơn Loyalty Program
  • Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to curate VIP gifts and treatments
  • Assist with CRM administrative tasks and data management
  • Oversee gifting inventory and ensure timely distribution
  • Conduct market research and propose enhancements for the loyalty program
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • CRM knowledge is a plus
  • Passion for customer relationships
  • Creative and customer-focused
  • Interest in the luxury industry
  • Eager to learn in a dynamic environment
