JOB DESCRIPTION
CRM Intern is responsible for supporting CRM department’s day-to-day activities.
- Support execution and operations of the Tam Sơn Loyalty Program
- Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to curate VIP gifts and treatments
- Assist with CRM administrative tasks and data management
- Oversee gifting inventory and ensure timely distribution
- Conduct market research and propose enhancements for the loyalty program
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager

- CRM knowledge is a plus

- Interest in the luxury industry
- Eager to learn in a dynamic environment
