JOB DESCRIPTION

CRM Collaborator is responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing customer data to deliver reports and insights to the CRM team and other departments, supporting improved business performance and stronger customer loyalty.

- Collect, manage, and analyze data from internal and external sources.

- Develop and optimize customer reports and dashboards.

- Participate in internal product development projects, define functional requirements, and enhance product performance.

- Work closely with Retail and Marketing departments to understand and address analysis and reporting needs.

- Other tasks as assigned by managers


JOB REQUIREMENT

- Graduated from data analysis, computer science, finance, accounting or related fields

- Fluent in writing and speaking English (TOEIC 700, IELTS 6.5 or above)

- Experience in SQL and Spreadsheet (e.g Excel, Google sheet)

- Problem solving and result driven

- Strong attention to details

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

- Good synthesis, analysis and reporting

- Work well with a team or individually

- Customer connectedness and customer centric mindset

- Communication, presentation and negotiation

- Eager to learn & self-motivated
