JOB DESCRIPTION

Content and Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the overall digital marketing strategies for the restaurant, enhancing La Table Hanoia brand recognition, attracting new customers and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.

A. Content Marketing:

  • Create high-quality content:
    • Generate ideas and write attractive bilingual content (Vietnamese - English) for social media posts, PR articles, websites and other marketing materials;
    • Briefing contents, collaborate with design team to produce engaging images and videos on all media channels are implemented correctly with brand identity and marketing campaign;
    • Collect and manage images, videos and other materials from events to create high-quality content, contributing to building and strengthening brand image on digital platforms.
  • Manage the posting schedule on social media channels:
    • Plan the posting schedules on the restaurant's social media channels, coordinate advertising campaigns combining online marketing and other offline marketing activities appropriately and effectively;
    • Build & manage content and images on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, ...) of La Table Hanoia brand. Ensure content and images are updated accurately and in accordance with the brand voice of La Table Hanoi.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize performance:
    • Periodically synthesize, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of content based on measurement indicators (reach, engagement, conversion);
    • Analyze and manage reputation platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, etc. to collect customer feedback and improve the restaurant;
    • Master crisis communication skills when an emergency occurs. Manage comments & respond to negative feedback;
    • Update new content trends in the field of cuisine and high-end restaurants.

B. Digital Marketing:

  • Manage online communication channels:
    • Develope, operate and optimize digital media channels such as Website, Facebook fanpage, Instagram, TikTok;
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising for products and services of the restaurant.
  • Optimize the effectiveness of online communications:
    • Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite Insights to track marketing campaign effectiveness;
    • Prepare regular reports summarizing digital performance metrics from platforms like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Analyze data to identify key trends, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager


JOB REQUIREMENT

Onboard from 01/04/2025;

1.Qualification & Experiences:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree; major Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality preferable;
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same position, especially working experience in high-class restaurants, in a customer service role in the hotel/leisure/retail sector;
  • Experienced in digital marketing, has implemented online advertising programs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO) for high-end restaurants/hotels;
  • Have experience in advertising platforms and content development such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager. Understanding of advertising channels, advertising tools, measurement tools.

2. Skills:

  • Good command of the Vietnamese & English language, both written and verbal, due to the constant contact with clients, partners. Fluency in other languages would be beneficial;
  • Know photography, photoshop and graphic design basics;
  • Proficient computer skills, familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator is a plus;
  • Highly creative;
  • Ability to work under stress.

3. Personality:

  • High sense of responsibility, good adaptability, calmness and friendlines.
