JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collect, compile, and verify the accuracy of accounting data related to production activities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of production costs (direct materials, direct labor, manufacturing overhead) and product costs for each stage and product line.
- Evaluate production efficiency, labor productivity, and factors influencing product costs.
- Monitor and analyze the implementation of cost plans and raw material consumption norms.
- Identify and analyze revenue, expenses, and profits by product, distribution channel, and market.
- Prepare periodic management accounting reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and ad-hoc analysis reports as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Explain cost, product cost, and profit variances and propose solutions to enhance production efficiency and optimize costs.
- Participate in the development of the management accounting system and cost control processes.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (Production, Sales, Purchasing, etc.) to gather information and ensure data accuracy.
- Present analytical reports and propose improvement solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), particularly in the field of financial accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company. Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, especially cost accounting and product costing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings logically.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, meticulousness, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Query languages (SQL/Python).
