Senior Marketing Manager

Marcel Group - a leading Gourmet Burger chain in Saigon and Openasia's strategic partner- is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive the brand forward. This role will oversee social media, advertising, promotions, events, and assist on customer relationships, and partnerships with freelancers and agencies. 

Marcel Group has two main brands, Marcel Gourmet Burger and Café Marcel. We follow a simple philosophy: bringing the gourmet factor in every aspect of all our concepts. We work in a casual but professional way. We are close to our teams and try our best to offer career perspectives and suitable training. We are growing rapidly and intend to open multiple locations around Saigon.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute marketing plans for brand awareness and growth. 
• Manage & create social media content and advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. 
• Coordinate with photographer/videographer freelancer. 
• Coordinate promotions, events, and loyalty programs. 
• Cultivate partnerships with agencies, freelancers, and other collaborators. 
• Implement customer relationship strategies to enhance loyalty. 
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
• Speaks & writes both in English & Vietnamese.  
• Having at least 2 years of relevant experience in café or/and F&B industries
• Some experience in marketing appealing to the young generation (20-35 years old).
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing. 
• Good communication and organizational skills. 
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
