Senior Event Production Executive

The Senior Event Production Executive plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of events, from concept to completion. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can effectively coordinate various production aspects, manage budgets, liaise with vendors, and oversee on-site event execution.

• Plan and develop event concepts, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Estimate expenses, prepare detailed budgets, and generate financial reports.
• Work closely with production houses to construct top-quality decorations, venues, designs, and layouts.
• Secure venues and coordinate with suppliers for materials, equipment, catering, décor, and other event essentials.
• Work closely under the event manager's guidance to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee and implement event plans, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Provide on-site event support, troubleshooting any operational challenges.
• Develop creative concepts and visualize ideas through sketches and design software.
• Communicate effectively with contractors and suppliers to bring event concepts to life.
• Manage the production and printing of event materials according to client requirements.
• Report work progress and results to the event manager.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event production and planning.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and design software (vector graphics, photo editing, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to read, discuss, and present ideas inEnglish.
• Strong knowledge of materials and production techniques.
• Self-motivated, diligent, and highly responsible.
