MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Drive furniture and millworks sales performance
• Develop and maintain sustainable customer relationships
• Ensure sales processes run efficiently and professionally
• Support achievement of company business objectives
1. New Customer Acquisition and Development (25%)
• Proactively seek potential customers through multiple channels: phone calls, emails, social media, face-to-face meetings
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new customers
• Understand customer needs clearly and provide suitable product/service consultations
• Build potential customer database
2. Existing Customer Care (20%)
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships
• Provide after-sales support, handle customer complaints and inquiries
• Encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase order value
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
3. Quotation – Negotiation – Contract Signing (25%)
• Prepare detailed quotations and professional sales proposals
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Sales Admin and related departments to finalize contracts
• Ensure contract terms benefit both parties
4. Order Tracking & Delivery (15%)
• Ensure orders are processed according to schedule and requirements
• Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, and accounting departments for delivery and payment collection
• Monitor delivery status and provide timely updates to customers
• Handle issues arising during delivery process
5. Business Results Reporting (10%)
• Prepare accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports
• Forecast revenue and track assigned KPI targets
• Analyze sales effectiveness and propose improvement measures
• Update customer information in CRM system
6. Market & Competitor Updates (5%)
• Collect market information on pricing, furniture trends
• Understand competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
• Participate in market research activities and industry exhibitions
• Update knowledge on new products and technologies
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• College/University degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Construction, or related fields
• Basic understanding of furniture and millworks products
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer care
• Certifications in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Knowledge of interior design and architecture
• Understanding of construction materials and high-end interiors
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales field
• Experience working with customers and customer care
• Understanding of furniture or construction market
• Sales experience in furniture, millworks, or construction industry
• Experience using CRM systems and customer management
• Existing customer network in the industry
• Excellent communication skills, good listening and customer persuasion abilities
• Ability to handle sales pressure and work toward targets
• Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and basic reporting tools
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication (reading, writing, speaking)
• Presentation and sales consulting skills
• Data analysis and detailed reporting abilities
• Online marketing tools usage skills
