JOB OBJECTIVE
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for sourcing and developing new clients for the company’s leasing services, while effectively managing existing client relationships to maintain high occupancy rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. The role also includes close collaboration with relevant departments to optimize business performance at assigned locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Development & Consulting
- Identify, approach, and consult potential clients on services
- Develop weekly/monthly work plans and schedules for client meetings
- Understand service features, pricing, and competitors to improve persuasiveness
- Conduct transactions, record client needs, and provide periodic contact reports
Contract & Revenue Management
- Draft contracts upon preliminary client agreement, submit for approval, and coordinate signing procedures
- Track signing progress, renewals, and support Accounting in debt recovery
Client Care & Retention
- Create accessible communication channels for clients to obtain service information
- Proactively handle or coordinate to resolve service/operation complaints
- Plan and execute gifting or visits to VIP and loyal clients on special occasions
- Measure client satisfaction biannually and propose improvements based on survey results
Internal Coordination & Marketing Support
- Recommend service improvements at assigned locations and work with Marketing/Operations to enhance business outcomes
- Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and monitor customer response
- Prepare and execute the annual client care budget
Partnerships & Network Development
- Maintain relationships with agents, business centers, and co-working spaces
- Provide timely updates on leasing policies and project information to partners
- Sustain and expand business relationships in assigned regions
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Proven experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality (1-2 years preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and maintain relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
