TỔNG QUAN VỊ TRÍ
• Support Key Account Manager in administrative tasks and customer relationship management
• To be in charge of 2-3 client accounts
• Process orders and maintain accurate sales documentation
• Coordinate between customers, sales team, and internal departments
• Ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction
• To evolve to a Business development executive
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Customer Account Management (40%)
• Collect and analyze customers' requirements regarding orders
• Process orders and transactions with customers accurately
• Maintain customer databases and sales records
• Follow up on order status and delivery schedules
2. Customer Support and Communication (30%)
• Handle customers' complaints and coordinate resolution
• Provide ongoing technical assistance to customers
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for improvement
• Communicate order updates and product information to customers
3. Sales Support and Coordination (20%)
• Cooperate with relevant departments to develop sample products following customers' requirements
• Prepare sales documents, contracts, and quotations
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment
• Support sales team in preparing presentations and proposals
4. Administrative Tasks and Reporting (10%)
• Maintain sales administration systems and processes
• Prepare periodic sales reports and customer analysis
• Update customer information and sales data
• Support in sales meetings and customer visits
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Knowledge of wood products (furniture) is an advantage
• Understanding of sales processes and customer service principles
• 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service
• Proven experience in sales support or relevant administrative role
• Experience working with B2B customers preferred
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) , French (Optional)
• Fast learner with passion for sales
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Customer service orientation
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Team player with good coordination skills
• Willingness to learn about products and industry knowledge
