MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
La Table Hanoia is seeking a strategic and dynamic Food & Beverage Director (FBD) to lead our F&B operations—restaurant, bar, banquets & culinary functions. You will ensure outstanding guest experiences, high service and quality standards, and operational excellence in line with our brand’s vision.
- Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets; ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and event teams.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design menus, beverage & wine lists, pricing strategies; maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene, and innovation.
- Drive business growth through market analysis, strategic planning, KPI setting, cross‑selling/upselling, and new service concepts.
- Deliver exceptional luxury service—especially for VIP guests—and handle feedback and guest recovery proactively.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to build guest loyalty and repeat business.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing F&B team; manage performance evaluations and discipline where needed.
- Manage budgeting, cost control (food, beverage, labor), inventory & supplier relations. Leverage technology to improve operations.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- College degree preferred; Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Tourism & Hospitality is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Word, Excel, ERP systems, BI tools, Google Suite).
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken & written); French is a plus.
- Proven experience in a high‑end restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Expertise in menu development, beverage program, and guest service excellence.
Solid understanding of finance, budgeting, and cost control.
- Passion for innovation and delivering world‑class dining experiences.
