MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Collect and analyze business requirements from departments of subsidiaries or the corporate group.
- Provide consultancy on process design tailored to the ERP system for each module (accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing, production, etc.).
- Participate in system configuration, testing, training, and end-user support during the ERP implementation process.
- Develop report templates and collaborate with developers to implement custom functionalities when needed.
- Prepare user manuals and business process documentation.
- Work closely with the technical team (ERP Developers, Data, Integration) to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in ERP system implementation in a business analysis or consulting role.
- Solid foundational knowledge of business processes.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with end users.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing open-source ERP systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation or experience working in a system integration environment.
