International Sales Coordinator is to execute sales strategies and sales activities which are approved by BOD/HOD to achieve the sales targets of international markets. He/she will be responsible for ad-hoc tasks from Direct supervisor
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Propose action plans and implement them to achieve the sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly) by developing the assigned customers and find new customers
- Coordinate with relevant departments to identity customer’s requirements, develop and fulfill orders, ensure deadlines required by clients, ensure on-time delivery with the right quality, etc.
- Working with production department (specially R&D team) to develop and follow the orders/projects (design, tech-pack, product sample…)
- Implement, monitor and report the implementation status of prospective contracts and signed contracts.
- Working with Logistics department, Account department, HSE team… to take care admin tasks of orders/projects and customers
- Prepare the weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly
- Create and growth customer network/ customer data, maintain relationships with existing customers and new potential customers
- Follow after-sales service
- Support to build and develop distribution channels in the international markets
- Be responsible for ad-hoc tasks from Direct supervisor.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Have knowledge in luxury products; having knowledge in lacquer product is an advantage
Wide corporate client portfolio
Microsoft office, especially in PPT and Excel
Luxury goods retail knowledge
At least 1-2 years in sales area
Communicate fluently in French and English or a foreign language is a compulsory
Good leadership skills
Outstanding communication and explanation skills
Strong relationship building
Methodical approach combined with creativity, determination and persistence
