MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
To provide high-level administrative support and project coordination to Openasia Group Marcom Director, who is currently in charge of key strategic projects at group-wide level and Tam Son Marcom, E-commerce, and CRM departments. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, requiring the ability to navigate complex projects across multiple departments and subsidiaries, while supporting smooth execution.

1. Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance including scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, and documentation
- Draft, review, and prepare correspondence and presentations
- Assist in preparing strategic plans, business reports, and performance dashboards
- Support the development and roll-out of projects & initiatives.
- Conduct market research, brand studies, and data analysis to support decision-making.
2. Project & Departmental Coordination
- Support the Director in managing and tracking both group-wide and cross-departmental projects.
- Monitor progress of action plans, follow up with teams, and ensure deadlines are met.
3. Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Act as a communication bridge among departments, subsidiaries, and external partners
- Ensure clear, timely, and accurate communication flow on behalf of the Director
- Assist in organizing VIP and internal events, supporting the company’s brand image
4. Other Duties
- Handle ad hoc assignments and special projects as delegated by the Director.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related fields
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, operational assistance, project management, or a similar role.
Experience in the luxury, lifestyle, or high-end retail sector is a strong plus.
Proficiency in English is a must. French is a plus.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Sharp, proactive, and resourceful, with a business-oriented mindset
Ability to navigate across departments and manage diverse stakeholders
High level of discretion, maturity, and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office, P&L and data analysis
